What are the causes of climate change?

During the last century, humans have increased the average annual temperature by 1 degree Celsius. This usually occurs in a long-term actionm during thousands and thousands of years... but this time, it has happened very quickly.

Climate change has occurs due to several factors involved:

Oceans absorb heat energy. So the much heat there is in the atmosphere, the more quantity of icebergs melting.

When we chop down the trees, we are letting carbon dioxide flow upwards into the atmosphere. Trees absorb this gas, but if we continue to cut them down, the problem of climate change becomes bigger.

When humans use fossil fuels, they produce carbon dioxide. This gas is a greenhouse gas. This means it forms a layer of warmth around the atmosphere which traps the heat inside the Earth's surface. When this happens, the temperature increases making the air feel much hotter than before.

The amount of people matters with this problem,  so the amount of fossil fuels produced increases due to the quantity of people who use cars more oftenly.
